Why is my sewage bill so high?
Your sewage bill is based on your water consumption. Please review previous water bills to determine if there was a possible leak. Did you use more water? Call the water company to check the meter to make sure it is reading correctly if no other issue is found.
Why doesn’t my sewage bill reflect my last payment?
If payment is made after the due date, that payment may not be processed through our system in time for the next billing. As long as payment was made prior to due date, you can deduct the last payment made from the current billing.
